Can , could , able to
We use can as modal in present indefinite tense and could in past indefinite Tense . Here we can use able to also . But some talking can't be said with can and could . There we need to use able to only .
Present continuous , past continuous and future talking can't be said with can or could .
Examples : He can drive car / He is able to drive car .
We could speak in English / We were able to drive car .
We are being able to drive car now . Here we can't use can modal verb .
We were being able to dribe car . Here we can't use could also .
They will be able to to drive car . Here we can't use can and could .
